This expressive, detailed, Caucasian-patterned blanket from the 1920s is in relatively good condition. The pattern, designed in panels and borders, is strictly composed and vertically mirrored. An additional attraction is the possibility of using the blanket on the reverse, creating a different color effect.
Very few signs of wear. Our dense cotton blanket in shades of red and blue, with white accents, is flat-woven in Caucasian patterns. Ethnically inspired patterns were very fashionable in the 1920s and 1930s. The blanket is reversible, revealing the red areas in blue on the reverse side of the pattern panels.
