it is approximately 13.25" in height.
. This example is the only I've ever encountered by the Italian faience maker, G. B. Bassano, signed on the underside of the base.
It is beautifully hand-painted in greens, yellows and whites, and is entirely hand-crafted.
It is very well preserved for its age and type, as faience tulipieres have often suffered extensive chipping and flaking over the years.
Upon my examination, I notice only two tiny nicks to the underside of the upper section (shown in photo),
barely visible when the vase is assembled and the rest is consistent with age and use but otherwise quite good.
