Made by the Hungarian manufacturer Szecsi, Budapest, the letters SH, for Szecsi Hungary, are engraved into the ceramic under the base. Presumably dating to the early 1900s, it features a beautiful patina. It is noteworthy that this is a plastic, meaning a piece entirely hand-crafted, like the famous Vietri plastics, which it indeed closely resembles. It is a unique piece, a small work of art. This piece has an attribution mark,
