Carved in Spain c. 1750 and built of solid walnut wood, the trestle table stands on two carved legs with scroll motifs. The long table features two drawers across the front, embellished with beautiful hand-carved geometric motifs and wooden knobs. The thick rectangular top is made from a single plank of walnut timber. This narrow Louis XIII-style console table is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns a rich walnut patina and wonderful carvings throughout. This versatile console could also be placed against a wall or behind a sofa. See less
