Both prints depict Victorian-era gentlemen, (King Of Wales )characteristic of the satirical portraiture that made Vanity Fair famous. The larger caricature on the right, titled "Statesmen No. 167," showcases a figure in a top hat and formal attire, with exaggerated features typical of the genre. The smaller caricature on the left, "Statesmen No. 4," presents another gentleman in a similar style, walking alongside a bollard.
