Victorian engraved and cut glass double lipped wine rinser with a pattern of grapes and leaves. The bottom half of this piece has thumb cut panels or slice cut panels while the bottom is star cut. Today these are quite often used for holding snacks at the bar of coffee table. The double lipped design is ideal for holding the tongs.
