Up for sale is this great little silver basket. This heavily stylized repousse silver bowl is hand worked with an elaborate decoration of small flowers and ornamental leaves. This type of silverwork is typical of India and South East Asia. We guarantee that the bowl is at least 800 silver and may have been gilt at one point.
Condition: Good, silver is not marked. Old gilding may have worn off.
