This pair of antique Chinese wood carving panels was part of the Chinese day bed. which dated back to 1900s from Southern part of China. They are two identical panels from two side of the bed. It has two carvings in deep relief and open carved flowers with highlighted panting on them.
The carving originates from Nanjing - the capital of Jiangsu province and at one time China's capital during the Ming dynasty. It would make an attractive and interesting wall feature today.
