This exceptional pair of lamps consists of two original West German Pottery ceramic vases in the popular Cosmos decor – a textured star relief produced by Scheurich in the late 1960s and early 1970s. It depicts stars, not flowers, and dates back to the Space Age era. The deep green-turquoise glaze beautifully highlights the sculptural pattern, appearing bold or elegantly muted, depending on the light. The pattern was applied as standard using spray or stamp printing.

The vases both have an incised embossing on the underside with the model number 631 and the height of the respective vase. The larger vase is 31 cm high, the smaller 21 cm.

The two lampshades are covered with high-quality French half-Panma fabric: natural linen with a cotton content with a delicate coral pattern. The loosely woven material creates a warm, atmospheric light – perfect for the living room, hallway, or bedroom. Both lampshades have a diameter of 20 cm and vary in height. The shade of the smaller lamp is 22 cm high, while the shade of the larger lamp is 28 cm. This piece has an attribution mark,
