A pair of Mid-Century Murano handblown glass Birds-of-Paradise, by Alfredo Barbini. Beautiful pale pink color with gold inclusions throughout and controlled bubbles on the body and tail. Each bird has tall, elegant curving form with curl of the tail feathers. Hairline crack in the tail of one bird. Circa 1950s.
