A brief history of the artist:
Born 1941, in wartime and raised in post-war Japan, Mayumi Oda graduated in 1966 from Tokyo University of Fine Arts, then studied at Pratt Graphic Center in New York. She currently resides and works out of her studio in Ginger Hill farm, Hawaii.
