Magnificent and large Bamboo-neck vase in a pale celadon glaze, with iron splashes. Clearly an homage to the earlier Song Longquan wares, this was likely produced in Jingdezhen. In my opinion it is likely late Qing or republic, possibly earlier as the paste is exquisite.
For a similar double foot and bamboo form, see Christie’s Nov 11, 2005 Sale 5567 , Lot 436.
From a private New York Collection.
