This is a vintage Restoration Hardware Leather Buster Chair, featuring an amply padded frame, button-tufted back, pleated arms and antiqued-nailhead trim. There are several things that make this chair different than the one RH currently produces now called the Churchill:
- Handcrafted in the USA. Yes, this chair was made in America! Catalog listings from the time stated North Carolina, known for high quality furniture.
- Soft Italian leather made in a 150 year old tannery, the color is Nutmeg. This is an unsealed leather so you might notice the natural grain and imperfections of the leather. It will change over time and become more beautiful because of this.
- Generously proportioned, Kiln-dried hardwood double-doweled frame can hold its shape and will be comfortable for any size guest.
- Sinuous-steel spring suspension with standard poly-wrapped foam seat cushion.
