Classic mid century modern sculpted teak rocking chair designed by Ingmar Relling for Westnofa.
Previous owner (vintage furniture dealer) had this piece reupholstered in a wonderful pistachio green velvet. And the upholstery is in overall great shape. No other buyers/owners have used it in their home. However his storage situation was not perfect, so the tiniest bit of wear might have the slightest tiny possibility of being found. Nothing serious to really make note of though, just want to throw out the disclaimer...
Structurally the chair is completely functional and super comfortable. There is a noticeable repair when you look underneath the seat of the chair (see photo). And on the very bottom of the rocker, where the wood hits the floor, where a thin layer of wood has slightly peeled off and someone stapled it on (pictured). This cannot be seen from the sides of the chair, nor does it have any impact whatsoever on how the chair rocks back and forth. I just want to point it out so its not a surprise when you get the chair!
This piece measures roughly 26.5" wide, 33" deep, 36.5" tall ... 18" tall to the seat ... 23" tall to the arms
