FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN THE CONTINENTAL US! This is an original Chiu Weng watercolor portrait painting on silk titled 'Empress'. Mid 20th century. Stamp signed. Main colors are shades of blue and purple against a beige background. Sight measures 27" x 19". The painting is matted in a bluish-grey color with gold liner and displayed in an ebonized wood frame measuring 36 1/2" x 28 1/2". Certificate of Authenticity on verso. In good overall condition. Some touch-ups to the black frame. Displays beautifully!
