Among them was Gerald Thurston, a visionary whose name is now closely tied to Mid-Century Modern lighting. While little is known about his personal life, Thurston's groundbreaking work for Lightolier endures, his pieces remain coveted by collectors and designers alike.

This rarely seen table accent lamp exemplifies Thurston’s refined approach: sculptural, sleek, and unapologetically modern.
