Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that these are vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if they have been refinished or restored. This is an incredible pair of alter or console tables composed of tall, slender, and quite handsome Hongmu (meaning, red wood in Chinese) frames bearing gorgeous hand carved Asian details on the front and side aprons and stunning square straight legs with modest ming style feet. The back of one table has wood pegs or biscuits and the other has the matching cut-out slots and when pushed together back-to-back they come together as one marvelous square Center Table! SO VERSATILE!! You can use them side by side as a pair of fabulous console tables in your living room, two separate tables in two different rooms, or as a stunning center table in your family room for a fantastic focal point to display books, art, & decor. You could place them in your entry way for a lovely landing space for keys, mail, and your wallet or in the entertainment room for games, puzzles, and photos. At 35 inches tall, they are console height so you couldn’t use them in your dining room but more of a spectacular way to showcase your favorite items. Limitless possibilities!!
