These antique tables from France each features a half moon (inlay wood) tops, which overhang the rounded apron below that is carved with a circular-medallion at front/center with repeating, semi-circular shaped slices fanned out and running across either side - just splendid! They are presented upon three nicely-turned legs that are braced above their feet with a long wooden beam stretcher, adjoined with a triangular-shaped stretcher, adding both strength and visual interest to the tables. The lighter toned wood is complimented with a grey/blue accent trim. This 19th century pair of French demi-lunes are versatile in the fact that they can be used as individual consoles, or they can be placed together, making a beautiful and round-shaped center table (approximately 3.5 feet in diameter).
