In the faux bois form of a handled bucket or barrel.

With a gilt washed interior & ice screen, stylized frost decoration to the rim, and 4 scroll feet.

With an 'HLF' monogram to one side.

Marked to the base for Ford & Tupper / 925 / Sterling.

Ford & Tupper served a high-end New York clientle and was active into the 1860s and 70s.

This ice bucket is simply a wonderful example of their high-level work!

Overall Condition:
It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition.

Condition Details:
With visible scratches & marks throughout. Otherwise, there is some light edge wear, some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
