This vintage Egyptian Tabriz rug, measuring 5'7" by 9', is handwoven with wool on a cotton foundation in the Nile Delta region of Northern Egypt. Produced in Fustat, the ancient capital situated at the northern edge of modern Cairo, these exquisite rugs are crafted using traditional techniques that have remained largely unchanged for centuries.
