This set of nine (9) copperplate engravings depict original furniture designs from Thomas Chippendale's famous work "The Gentleman's & Cabinet Maker's Directory". These captivating 18th century engravings were printed in London in the mid 1700's. They are printed on one side only on handmade "laid" paper. These engravings are all folio size 17.25"x10.5". Great for a huge wall treatment or several smaller groupings.
