This vintage Turkish Oushak rug, measuring 6'6" by 9'6", is meticulously handwoven with wool on a wool foundation in the Oushak region of Western Turkey. The Anatolian plateau, known as the cradle of oriental rug weaving, is home to villages that each developed distinctive designs and color palettes seldom imitated by neighboring communities.
