The Touchdown Club of Washington DC awarded an NFL Player of the Year award to one player every year starting in 1944, this is the award for the year 1952. A fantastic piece of NFL and Pittsburgh Steelers history!
In excellent condition, no dents or damage, just small signs of age and light surface marks from polishing. Mild tarnish and surface toning, it will polish beautifully if desired. The antler handles are without cracks or damage, just slight movement to one due to age-related shrinkage. Marked Sterling on the base.
Measures approximately 9.25” tall by 9” wide across the handles. Weighs approximately 16.2 ounces.
