Solid genuine mahogany with decorative brass hardware, cockbeaded drawer fronts, and bracket feet. Features a slant front with two manual pull out desk top supports, drop down desk surface that reveals five cubbies, and three small drawers. Below are four larger drawers, with top drawer having a wood pen/pencil holder & lock (untested as no key present), and lower three having faux keyhole escutcheons.. Made in the USA, in the mid 20th century.
