This is a Noritake Plate in Blue Spring by Susan Sargent. The plate is white with a blue flower center and blue and green details at the rim. The plate has two tags on the bottom from William Glen of Sacramento and is new. The plate is from 2003 and I only have one. I believe it is a salad plate.
The plate measures 8.50 inches across.
It has a blue trimmed shaped rim and there are no chips, cracks, or other damage.
