Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown, optic design, millefiori flower mosaic "Mandala" design Italian art glass paperweight. Created in the manner of the Fornasa De Murano A L'Insegna Del Moreto company and attributed to designer Galliano Ferro. The paperweight has a red orange optic swirl / pulled feather design over a solid white base. In the center of it, there is a multi-layer "Mandala" design with concentric flower circles made with dark blue and white flowers. The rows alternate between blue and white flowers. The center flower murrine is made in white and maroon red, and looks like a daisy. Would make a great display piece on any desk, vanity or coffee table. Late Mid-century era. Measures: 3 1/4" wide x 2 1/2" tall.
