An exceptional example of early 20th-century Viennese design, this Art Nouveau wall mirror was manufactured by the esteemed Thonet Brothers around 1906. Model number 9970, it features masterfully bent beechwood formed into two gracefully curved frames that overlap and enclose a rectangular, faceted mirror at the center. The wood is stained in a deep, rich mahogany tone and hand-polished to a warm, lustrous finish, highlighting the high quality of craftsmanship synonymous with Thonet’s work.
