The back of these cards are all visible and exposed on the back, as shown in the photos I posted.The artist added a gorgeous print of bright red, yellow and white flowers with lush green leaves. Strong ,shiny wood frame with a wire on back to hang easily with a hook or a nail. The history of these cards is between 1875 and 1940's cigarette companies included them to help stiffen the package and they soon became trendy. They often depicted popular culture from the turn of the century. Movie stars, costumes, sports, and in this case botanicals. I can see this hanging in any style home.
