Metal braiding is intact but has been damaged or lost some of its original shape in places. Ormolu is also worn away, definition has been lost. Could use restoration, though not required. Beautiful shape, lovely color, fully functional drawer and sturdy overall. Appears that color correction has been attempted in some damaged marquetry areas. less
