This giant half sphere ceiling or wall lamp was designed by Emil Stejnar in the 1950s and manufactured by Rupert Nikoll. The lamp features a brass core mounted with lacquered wire baskets. 15 white lacquered shades holding E 14 bulbs alternate with 15 glass flowers and glass prisms to create the snowball (or "Pusteblume") effect after which this piece is named.
