"Summer at the Lake" - Mid Century Figurative Landscape
Mid-century figurative landscape painting of people enjoying the summertime by Santa Cruz, California artist Grace B. Olson (American, 1889-1981). A small house is situated at the edge of a lake, with people nearby. A canoe can be seen out on the water. Beyond the edge of the lake, there is a dense forest of evergreen trees and a range of mountains.
Signed and dated by the artist lower right: "Grace B. Olson '61."
Presented in a rustic, mid-century wood frame.
