Details: Original color lithograph by Alexander Calder, published in 1966 by Galerie Maeght, Paris, as part of ""Derrière le Miroir"" No. 156. This lithograph was created for a special issue of the influential French art review Derrière le Miroir (meaning “Behind the Mirror”), which ran from 1946 to 1982. Published by Maeght Éditeur to accompany Calder’s 1966 exhibition at the Galerie Maeght, this issue featured seven lithographs—some original, and some reproduced from his gouache paintings—offering a dynamic survey of Calder’s visual language at the time. This is a double-page spread with the original center fold as issued.
Unsigned, from an unknown limited edition. Professionally framed and presented in a black mat. Hardware attached; ready to hang.
