The scene is a lovely old manor house with trees and a quiet stream in front of it. Signed "Boyer" in pencil in the lower right. The lower left corner has a monogram of SZL in a triangle for Sidney Z. Lucas and the title of the picture. In the upper right corner is (c) Paris Etching Society NY USA. The frame measures 15" x 12.75". The matted image is approximately 9" x 7". Wire hanger on the back. Label on back: Genuine Etching by Boyer Entitled The Rivulet - Paris Etching Society - Distributed by Turner - New York Chicago Los Angeles - No. 212 - SZL in a circle.

Condition: The image and matting are in very good condition. The frame has one dinged spot. The paper on the back is torn along the top edge. See photos.
