This watercolor painting appears to be of Isabella Clara Eugenia after the painting by Frans Pourbus the Younger. The painting is very finely painted and probably 18th or more likely 19th century. Paper backing has label from Fritz Seegers of Leipzig.

Condition: Painting is in good condition. Some damages and wear to the frame with holes that penetrate the entire wood frame.
