Imperial manufacture of sèvres, circa 1810.
extremely rare "trembeuse" cup in fine porcelain with a white ground and gilded ornamental friezes, decorated with the monogram of emperor napoleon i and surmounted by an imperial crown.
the chocolate cup has a hollowed-out saucer (allowing the cup to be inserted and thus prevent any movement); it also has a slightly domed lid, the grip of which is formed by a gold-covered apple.
empire style and period.
signature of the imperial manufacture of sèvres stamped under the base of the cup and saucer. Stamp affixed between 1804 and 1809.
this cup, with its white background, gilt friezes, and the monogram of emperor napoleon i, appears to be similar to the "bals" service produced by the manufacture de sèvres.
dimensions (details):

- saucer diameter: 17.50 cm;
- cup diameter at the opening: 0.96 cm;
- cup diameter at the base: 0.64 cm.

gilding generally intact, and the porcelain has a beautiful shine.
minimal wear from use, barely visible, without any real consequences, manifested by:
- saucer: very slight enamel chip, more or less "covered up";
- rest of the piece: no other wear. Possible minimal wear to the gold. This piece has an attribution mark,
