A pair of English antique mahogany display shelves by W and T Avery Ltd, Leeds, c.1870
A solid pair of display shelves made by a well known company called Avery. They were known for the manufacture of scales but also made other items. A sturdy pair of display shelves for the home, store or small business. They taper from the solid end towards the decorative turned column end. From 8” to 6” deep. Good overall condition sits signs of use and wear to the surfaces. Recently waxed and polished.
