An excellent First Edition period offset lithograph, print, of Cubist painting "The Patience" (1942) by Georges Braque. Comes from a rare first limited edition art folio published in the 1940s by Ablert Skira in Geneva, Switzerland. Signed in the print at the lower left corner: "G BRAQUE". Printed on one side. Hand tipped-in on a board of heavy paper. Information regarding the original artwork will be found by lifting the piece. Detailed. Colors are deep and rich. Excellent condition - minor edge wear and foxing on the board, never framed.
