He learned to fly fish in the 40's - when a fisherman would wear a smart hat, trousers and a button up shirt....and, of course, sport a wicker creel. Almost adds a Hollywood flair to the scene. Prints were made of this painting to hang in the residences at The Viceroy Cirque in Snowmass Colorado. This is the original painting! The painting is on a 7/8" deep canvas and wired to hang but would benefit from a frame. See less
