"Sunset", is a minimalist abstract expressionist oil painting on canvas. In the somewhat limited palette, the fiery orange, magenta and bright amber are offset with the expanse of the palest pink as well as light peach . These colors really do sing. They interact with the fluidity creating an intensity of emotion.. Although the colors are intense, there is a sense of tranquility and wilderness.
