A striking coffee table crafted from bleached mahogany, topped with glass, and designed in the bold, sculptural spirit of American designer Paul Evans. Dating to around 1980, this piece combines rich natural materials with a geometric, architectonic form reminiscent of Evans’ iconic "Cityscape" series.
The base features blocky, asymmetric volumes clad in bleached mahogany veneer, offering a tactile, organic contrast to the sleek transparency of the glass top. The table’s low, commanding profile and strong lines lend it a presence that bridges art furniture and functional design.
