A black/ebony and gilt / gold rectangular altar style display stand for displaying a vase, statue, carving or any of your treasures.
This stand is particularly old, and well carved with upturned decorative gold 'Altar Table' ends & open work on the front. Stands such as these are not often found nowadays.
It will fit pieces of a base of 5" square or slightly less if required. This piece was made in China in the early part of the 20th. Century.
The wear is age appropriate and lends charm to the piece..
