Hand blown glass vase by Robert Kuo, c.2000s, USA. The vase was produced using the peking glass method which originated in China. The soft glowing green colored glass is blown into its form and then layered with more and more glass until the piece is completed. The process can take several days as it needs to cool as not to allow the glass to craze or crack.
