A student of Marguerite … Read more A large and exquisitely hand-crafted earthenware lidded bowl by renowned California potter Bruce Carlton Anderson (1915-1986). A student of Marguerite Wildenhain at Pond Farm in the late 1940s, Anderston was known for his mid-20th century functional pottery designs. This lovely lidded bowl features a round, graceful shape and beautiful earth tone glazing. It is an incredible display piece that can still be put to work at the dinner table. Signed by the artist on bottom. Just beautiful! See less
