A large sculptural floor vase whose form borrows from geological process: coiled, layered, slowly accreted — as though shaped by time rather than by hand. EROSION carries the presence of a found object from some far older world. At 68 cm and finished in mottled natural beige, it looks unearthed rather than designed — which is exactly the intention.

Each vessel is constructed by hand in successive layers, and every layer behaves a little differently depending on pressure, drying conditions, and how the material chooses to settle. The balance of recycled paper pulp, organic cement, and mineral binder was arrived at through long experimentation — the aim being a surface that resists water and impact while still reading as living, geological stone. Because of this, no two pieces ever finish the same way.

Natural variation isn't hidden here — it's the whole intention. Cracks, shifts in the surface, and unpredictable texture aren't faults; they're the point. Imperfection as a way to create beauty.
