Superb examples, late 19th century made of Walnut by the French master craftsmen, in the style of Louis XV. Rare to find a single corner console in this style and such quality, much less a pair. The carvings are simply amazing, done throughout and accented with subdued gilt / gold highlights - please view the photos it is breathtaking. Tables are topped with the original antique beveled red to gray marbles, each piece cut in the form of the console below. They can be used as servers or pedestals for your best art of flower vases! They are overall good condition, showing light age / use wear, over 125 years old (please see photos). Size of these beauties is great for a house or an apartment at 35.75" tall, 24" at the widest point, the depth running down the walls is 22", and it is 25.5" deep from the corner to the center. This is a rare pair of superb quality consoles that will mesh with any tradition or mid-century modern setting! See less
