A pair of mid-20th-century Italian gilt metal tole candle sconces decorated with prism-cut teardrop crystals. Handcrafted from iron toleware with an antiqued gold leaf finish. The botanical framework captures the signature Hollywood Regency and Florentine styles popular during the 1950s and 1960s.
Each sconce functions as a triple-arm holder. The individual arms extend out into detailed bobeches sculpted to look like blooming flowers. Multifaceted clear crystal drops hang from the upper frame and lower bobeches, which catch and refract candlelight beautifully.
Each has a wall hook located at the top. They are marked "Made in Italy" on the back.
