The four wood brackets swivel 180 degrees, however, there is some rust detected on the center, and some wax residue in the candle holders, and one of the wood sides is slightly wobbly (could, perhaps, use some glue to hold it firmly in place), yet will stand erect, and the wood and brass hardware have the patina consistent with their age. less
