Exceptionally well painted vintage porcelain ginger jar - Famille Noire - black with an array of colourful butterflies, moths, flowers, gourds and vines - all skilfully hand painted in rich enamels. Upper pink, yellow and blue lappet border and lower border in matching shades. Turned black wood top.
Eye catching piece - at the time of writing we have stands available if required.
Age 1970's - 1980's. No markings on underside.
Great Chinoiserie decorator piece.
