French Brass Tray with very deep 4.5" gallery, top Rim is Braided Brass with Repousse of Ribbons and bows around perimeter and pierced Celtic Style circles and brass beaded bottom.
The inside bottom is a very decorative punched pattern, the handles are heavy cylindrical decorative bands.
