The piece features gorgeous wood grain … Read more Here is a stunning, mid-century modern rosewood cabinet/credenza on a modern chrome plinth base. The piece features gorgeous wood grain details in a reddish-brown finish with ample storage and a locking mechanism. On each side you will find 3 drawers, with the bottom drawer suitable for file storage. The center of the cabinet has open storage. When the cabinet is locked, all the doors and drawers close (except the top right hand drawer)! I appreciate that the lock is on the left side, so you can definitely use the piece in an office setting or dining room, living room, etc. The cabinet is attributed to Milo Baughman, but there are no maker's mark. Extremely high quality, well-made piece. See less

Structurally excellent - very solid, well-constructed piece, made from high end materials. The lock is new. There are a signs of age/wear to the original finish of the wood. Please note a few imperfections, as shown in close-up in the photos - there are a few chips to the wood veneer. The chrome plinth unfortunately had a few screws, so we added chrome button covers. I think they look very intentional and integrate well. Light wear to the top - a few light scratches and light wear to finish. Interior is clean and drawers operate nicely. less
